1. What is your general consultancy fee for live services?

Answer: 1-month commission.

2. What term should I offer to workers for outstation posting?

Answer: Ideally,

1. 1 month paid holiday annually.
2. 9 working hours per day
3. 2 Sundays off every month
4. Lodging and fooding
5. One to & from ticket annually (sleeper class)

Final terms to be decided by you.

3. What are the charges for campus selections?

Answer: I month commission.

4. Can I call employees via live services to my place for interview?

Answer: Generally interviews are through campus facilities where available at SinGem city centers.

5. When do I have to make the commission payment?

Answer: Along with the letter of appointment.

6. What if the employee or he leaves the job within 3 months?

Answer: You get replacement facility for similar hot job in case employee discontinues without notice within 3 months.

7. What if replacement salary is high than earlier employee’s pay?

Answer: You need to pay the balance as commission due to SinGem. In case of lower salary offered to replacement, there will be no refund or any other adjustment.

8. How can I take live trial?

Answer: Via Video Conferencing in case of other city interview or live at campus.

 

II. Online Retainer

 

1. How can I use my retainer ship?

Answer: You can make up to 5 Hot Jobs listings
Total cumulative monthly package should not exceed amount as given under package. Hot Jobs once entered cannot be changed.

 

2. What if I want to add job vacancies in excess of my entitlement as Retainer?

Answer; Then you have to buy another add on package or go in for Hot Jobs / Open House Listings.

 

III. Hot Jobs / Open House

1. Can employees directly respond to my posting online?

Answer: Yes, you will have direct contact with employees responding to your Hot Jobs. For Open House listings, you can shortlist selected responses and buy contacts from us.

2. What are the charges for buying contact?

Answer: My Choice Pack (2 contacts) for Rs.500
My Choice Pack (5 contacts) for Rs.1000
My Choice Pack (8 contacts) for Rs.1500
My Choice Pack (12 contacts) for Rs.2000

 

3. Are there any restrictions on numbers of resumes for Hot Jobs?

Answer: None

 

IV. Top Employer / Featured Employer

 

A. What is the benefit from Top Employer or Feature Employer listing?

Answer: On Jewelry Jobs Online homepage, in case of top employer we will show your logo + special pages for company’s profile as well as career options available. In case of feature employer we will show your name on our home page instead of logo, other features remaining same. Hot Jobs entitlement for Top Employer is 5, & for Featured Employer is 3.

 

B.Can employees respond to offerings made under Top Employer / Featured Employer?

Answer: Yes, and you can also view responses on your my SinGem page without contact details. You may buy contacts after short-listing the ones, you like.

3. Is there any restriction on the no. of postings I can put in my career available page under Top Employer /Featured Employer?

Answer: None
