A. Clients
1. Service charges as given on website or as intimated to client are payable for:
A. Live Services: At the time of issuing letter of appointment to employee or on date of joining, whichever being earlier.
B. Online Services: As mentioned in website.
2. SinGem assumes no legal or moral responsibility for any act of omission or
commission or breach of trust, burglary, theft or any other action committed by
employee. Also the client expressly agrees to indemnify SinGem against the
same.
3. SinGem undertakes verification process of documents presented by the employee if so desired by employer for which extra expenditure may be entailed & billed to client as per actuals. While making best efforts in the process, SinGem does not itself guarantee the authenticity of the same as it relies on other authorities or agencies to do so.
4. Replacement warranty does not cover cases where employer himself has dismissed or caused the employee to discontinue due to unethical behaviour & practices.
5. In case of live services, client is put in direct touch with candidates in good faith. The client should not, then or at any time in the future engage or enter into any dealing with these candidates without the sanction of SinGem. In case this occurs, SinGem shall be compelled to blacklist client & also initiate legal proceedings to recover monetary damages towards charges normally payable to us for such dealings.
B. Job Seekers
1. The following reasons shall cause candidates to be permanently blacklisted by SinGem group companies including SinGem Jewelry Education:
a. Not appearing for interview post confirming for same
b. Refusal to accept job post client offer & acceptance thereof
c. Leaving job without adequate notice period
d. Establishing direct contact with client originally routed through SinGem Jobs or entering into any dealing with him, whether directly or referring others
2. A security deposit equivalent to one month salary may be demanded by SinGem and retained as recompensation to SinGem Jobs in case of
a. Employee leaving organization within 3 months of joining service in which case SinGem is liable to provide replacement at no further charges to the client.
b. Non-payment or partial payment of SinGem service charges by client.
c. Extra credit period is demanded by client for payment of service charges, till such time as payment included by client.
d. Initial probation period is desired by client and same is agreed to by job seeker, till such time as payment is cleared by client.
3. The job seeker indemnities SinGem against the consequences of any charges due to acts of omission or commission commited by him in the past or in future including in the course of employment.
C. Freelance Zone- Service providers, clients & other advertisers:
1. Service charges are payable by one or both sides to SinGem as notified by SinGem based on various factors including nature & quantum of job / or business.
